Why do some applications stay pinned in the Recently Used Applications panel?

Pinned applications are marked by the user as frequently used. These apps always appear at the beginning of the list for quicker access.


What are Notifications in the task cards?

Notifications refer to workflows where the user is included for informational purposes only and is not required to take any action.


How are processes sorted in the Processes panel?

Processes are sorted in descending order based on the number of pending tasks, prioritizing the busiest workflows at the top.


What does the "Show All" button in the Announcements panel do?

The button opens a full announcement list page where users can browse both current and past announcements in detail.


What happens when I click a task card like "Pending Approvals"?

Clicking a task card navigates the user to the related processes in the process list, filtered accordingly.


Can I see other users� documents or applications?

No. Each user only sees items they have previously accessed and have permission to view.


What columns are shown in the Process Detail panel?

By default, the Process Detail panel includes: Process No, Request No, Initiator, Start Date, Status, and Request Date. These can be customized by the deve
